Land Registry Title Plans

Land Registry Title plans may be needed for a number of reasons. If you are splitting an existing Title deed, gifting some land or selling part of some land in your ownership, a Land Registry compliant plan will be needed. There are a number of requirements that have to be met in order for a plan to be accepted by the Land Registry.
