Newman Properties Limited was established in 1982 and has built residential developments throughout Lincolnshire. We are always on the look out for new development opportunities, whether it is a single plot or larger sites, with or without planning consent.

Lease Plans

A lease plan will show both the internal layout of the property and the location of the property. Our surveyors will come and measure the properties to RICS guidelines.

There are a number of reasons you may need a lease plan. If you are selling your property with a new lease or extending a current lease, the Land Registry will need an up to date plan that complies with their guidelines.

A lease plan may also be needed or a commercial property, be it a shop or a warehouse. We will do a full survey of the area including any car parks or bin stores and produce the necessary compliant plans.
