Demarcation of Boundaries

There are many situations where a physical boundary is not in place to show the division between two titles. Using Land Registry plans our surveyors can upload the relevant documents to our mapping equipment and place markers in the ground. The line can then be used by contractors to install a physical boundary if necessary. While Land Registry title plans only show general boundaries and not legal boundaries, they are a good starting point to establish where the boundary line is. If two neighbours have come to an agreement on where the exact boundary is and would like to get this mapped out and sent into the Land Registry, we can produce a determined boundary plan in accordance with Land Registry specifications.
